CSF Featured on KING 5’s Evening

We are proud to announce that on October 19, College Success Foundation was featured on KING 5’s Evening show on NBC channel 5/105 in the Seattle-Tacoma broadcast area.

The story highlighted Brian Caylao, CSF College Prep Advisor at Evergreen High School in the Highline School District, and CSF Scholar Nicole Howard. Brian and Nicole described the impact and significance of CSF’s work, including the importance of supporting underserved students and the specific ways in which CSF’s programs help students prepare for and access college.

Nicole, now a high school senior, has been active in both the ninth- and tenth-grade HERO program and the eleventh- and twelfth-grade Achievers program. She aspires to attend Washington State University for a degree in nursing and has found CSF to be instrumental in her successful preparation for college.

Brian is a CSF Alumnus who participated in CSF’s program at Lincoln High School in Tacoma, where CSF College Prep Advisor Robert Jones helped him successfully navigate his path to college. Brian graduated from UW with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Read more about Brian’s story.
